Linda King (nee Green) a long time resident of Columbia, MO and New Haven, MO, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2016, at New Haven Care Center.  

Born June 27, 1943, in Kansas City, MO, she received her Associate’s Degree from East Central Jr. College in Union, MO in 1973. She served as house mother in several sororities at University of Missouri, Columbia which only solidified her Mizzou Tiger fan spirit.  She also loved good food, family get-togethers and going to shows at the Lycium Theatre in Arrowrock, but mostly she loved Elvis Presley! 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenwood Green and Willie Gray (Bornhauser) Doyle.  She is survived by two brothers: Bill and wife Donna Green of Lake Ozark, MO; Bob and Mary Green of Ozark, MO. Daughter Becky and husband David Senter of Eureka, MO; son David and wife Lori King of Washington, MO.  Six grandchildren: Katy Bartram; Kerryn, Jacob, Haley, McKenzie and Grace King. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 27th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, where memorial service will follow at 3:00 p.m.
