Victor was a good man. He was a great gardener and was an artist crafting all kind of things out of cans, and cardboard and he loved to share them with everyone. I got to know Victor when my Mom was in the Falls. He was always kind and generous of heart to her and to many of the others that he lived with there. God bless and thanks Victor.

Our sympathy to Victor's family. I was one of the teachers whose classroom was cleaned faithfully by Mr. Fricke at Hermann Elementary School for many years. After retirement, we traded Christmas cards and I enjoyed the notes he so carefully printed inside. He was a co-worker and friend. Later, he attended the Bible Study group that I worked with at The Falls. He shared his health struggles and his strong faith. Victor was one of those people who always did all he could in life and did a good job of it!
