I grew up at Immanuel UCC Church in Wright City and have many fond memories of both Marilyn & "Benny". Marilyn had, over the years, made a point of calling and staying in touch with my mother, Dottie Buescher, after my parents moved from Wright City, and especially after father passed away. This will be very sad news for Mom...but we rejoice that she has moved to her heavenly home and is reunited with her husband.

Aunt Marilyn, I hope you are having a nice chat with Jesus about now. I am so thankful you were in our lives. One of my fondest memories was as a child, living on the farm, we didn't get much for Christmas because it just simply was'nt in my parents budget, and you and Uncle Ben always sent each of us kids a Christmas present and an Easter basket with candy, and Halloween cards that we hung on our windows for decoration. You two were such a blessing in our lives! I love you and miss you. I wonder if you've met any of the great patriarchs of the faith yet. I'll be seeing you again one day. Love, Marlene
