Wilbert  Chester  Helling, 88, of Sun City West, Arizona, formerly of New Haven, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Rock Creek Alzheimer's Special Care Center, Surprise, Arizona. 

Mr. Helling was born in New Haven, Missouri on February 24, 1927, the son of the late Chester and Anna (Danz) Helling.

He was the husband of Sharon (Perdue) Helling.  Sharon survives at the home in Sun City West.

Wilbert is also survived by a daughter Barbara Bolm of Union, a son Danie Helling of Washington, a daughter Deborah Chapman of Sullivan, three step-daughters Debbie Stolte of Chesterfield, Yolanda Heinz & husband Chris of Phoenix, Arizona and Lesa Stensrud & husband Steve of Cave Creek, Arizona and by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Wilbert retired from working for Chrysler after 25 years.  He also was a farmer and enjoyed hunting.

Visitation will be Thursday 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, Missouri. 

Funeral Services will be held at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Port Hudson, Missouri at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 8th, with Rev. William Zastrow officiating. 

Burial will be at Ebenezer Lutheran Cemetery, Port Hudson, Missouri.
