Shirley  K.  Lindell, 81, of Hermann, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at Mercy Hospital, Washington, Missouri. 

Shirley was born in St. Louis, Missouri on December 5, 1933, the daughter of the late Stanley J. and Lydia (Kerwin) Simpson.

Shirley is survived by a daughter Lyda Davis of Hermann and a son Russ Lindell of Florissant, Missouri, by her best friends Katie Purdom of Hermann and Alice Nolan of St. Louis, by four grandchildren, Amber Eldringhoff, Angela Temme and Rusty and Gage Lindell and by six great grandchildren, Kaylee, Karlie, Kole, Kruz, Jack & Lauren.

Visitation will be Wednesday 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at St. George Church, Hermann, where a funeral mass will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Father David Means officiating.

Burial will be at the Hermann Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Masses.  C/O Toedtmann-Grosse Funeral Home.
