My heart is so heavy for all of those who Curtis has touched! I've known him since 1st grade and I was one of only three girls in our class at St George! I have so many amazing and fun memories growing up with such a good friend! I remember how competitive he was on the playground, and this was always great because being the tomboy I was if he was captain, I was always the first girl picked to be on his team! We got into mischief and yet grew through the years being very good friends! I can't imagine what all of you are going through, and I can only know and offer you peace and hope and pray that he has found peace too! I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss and you all are in my dearest thoughts as you lay him to rest tomorrow! With my deepest simpathy and condolences - Wendy Swetz

Thanks Wendy for your kind words, thoughts, memories and prayers. It has been 6 months today that we buried Curtis and I still cannot believe I am never going to see him again, or I until we meet in another life.

oh that perpetual smile he had from little on, i feel blessed to have known him, and he always showed great respect and was always polite when he was at my home, and always looked as if he were on the red carpet.. lottsa memories of that group of boys that tore up the streets on their bikes, sported the gym at stg, and the ball fields in summer, and they owned the pool by day.. and as they grew and spread their wings they gained new friends and werent so tight anymore, but i must say, that class of 95 was the tightest group of kids i ever seen, and memories of him are plentiful.. Godspeed to his beautiful children, his mother, his siblings and extended family and friends... peace is now your Curtis
