Jon and I want to extend our sympathy to Archie’s family. Debbie, I am so glad we were able to visit at the Bethany picnic and that I was able to renew my acquaintance with your dad and with Judith. That was a very special evening for me. Mildred Rohlfing had written to me and told me that your dad and Howard were roommates. Mildred wrote, “Those girls take good care of their dad!” I know you and Dana will miss him.

Sorry to hear about your father's passing. Archie was in high school with me, but a year ahead of me. We always will remember him as a jovial person and kind to everyone.

Archie will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. He was a wonderful and funny man to talk to. I loved to sit and listen to his stories he would tell.
