William "Bill" Allebach Jr.

William "Bill" Allebach Jr., 47, of Berger, MO, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025 in Berger, Missouri.

Bill was born in Rolla, Missouri on March 29, 1978, the son of William Sr. & Diane (Santoyo) Allebach.

He was the husband of Hillary (Fritsche) Allebach.  They were united in marriage on June 12, 2010 in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. 

Bill was the owner & brew master of Fugitive Bluff Brewery & Winery in Berger, MO. And the previous co-owner of Procare Auto Repair in Bonne Terre, Missouri. 

He is survived by his parents, William Sr. & Diane Allebach, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri; his wife, Hillary Allebach, of Berger; their three children, Addy, Henry & Ella Jo, of Berger; two brothers, Daniel Allebach, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri; and Thomas Allebach & companion Brittany Decker, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri; by two special nieces, Sunnie & Emily and other nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 28th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven.  Funeral services will be private.

Burial will be at St. John's Cemetery, Berger, Missouri.  In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family.
