Stephen Joseph Hayn

Stephen Joseph Hayn, 86, of Hermann, MO, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Missouri Veterans Home, St. James, Missouri. 
 
Stephen was born in Kampsville, Illinois on October 25, 1934, the son of the late Joseph & Marge (Harry) Hayn.
 
He was the husband of Florence Sibley-Hayn.  They were united in marriage on June 2, 1988.  Florence survives at the home.
 
Stephen is also survived by a son, Mark Hayn & wife Lisa, of Fieldon, Illinois, by eight step children,   numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and sister Joyce (Wilfred) Hayn Goetten.  He is preceded in death by his parents, a son Joey Hayn. a daughter, Kathy Baalman and a sister, Marge Anne Hayn.
 
Stephen proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict.  He was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Hermann and was an iron worker.
