Sandra Jean (Baker) Madden

Sandra Jean Madden, 84, of New Haven, MO, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at New Haven Care Center, New Haven, Missouri.

Sandra was born in Elvins, Missouri on February 4, 1940, the daughter of the late Raymond & Violet (Knight) Baker.

She was the widow of Lawrence "Larry" Madden. They were united in marriage on November 4, 1961, in Mehlville, Missouri.  Larry preceded her in death on January 3, 2015.

Sandra worked for Maritz Corporation as an editor and office administrative assistant for over 20 years.  She enjoyed baking, reading, doing picture puzzles and watching movies.

Sandra is survived by a son, Steven Madden, of New Haven, Missouri; a brother, Don Baker, of O'Fallon, Missouri; four grandchildren, Jordan Willimann & wife Erica, of St. Louis, Missouri; Taylor Obermark & husband Corey, of Washington, Missouri; and Samuel & Timothy Madden, both of New Haven; three great grandchildren, Henry, Ronin and Sophia and nieces & nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a daughter Jane Willimann.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 6th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, where funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m.

Burial will be at New Haven Cemetery.  Memorials may be given to Franklin County Humane Society.
