Ruth Ann Earline Nelson

Ruth Ann Earline Nelson, 74, of Owensville, MO, passed away Monday, November 22, 2021 at Gasconade Manor Nursing Home, Owensville, Missouri.

Ruth Ann was born in Collinsville, Illinois on July 2, 1947, the daughter of the late Earl & Florence (Papproth) Wolff.

Ruth Ann worked as an in home caretaker for Community Care in Swansea, Illinois for 28 years.  In her free time she enjoyed quilting, crocheting, playing computer games, going to yard sales, spending time with her grandchildren and she loved John Wayne.

Ruth Ann is survived by a son, Bob Wainscott & wife Jennie, of Iuka, Illinois; a daughter, Robin Bryant & husband Jim, of Junction City, Illinois; a daughter, Niki Melloch & husband Kurt, of Troy, Illinois; a daughter, Racheal Brinker & husband Andrew, of Hermann, Missouri; a daughter, Rocky Boatman & husband Bill, of Etna, Ohio; a son, Robbie Nelson, of Carlyle, Illinois; by three brothers, Richard Lee, Earl Wolff and Harry Wolff and grandchildren, Cody, Brock, Tiara, Austin, Dallas, Teyawnna, Reyawnna, Kayden, Freddie, Jordan, Noah, Chase and Isaac.  

She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Kenneth & Lester Wolff.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 24th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann.
