Pearline Eikermann Obituary

Pearline C. Eikermann, 86, of Hermann, MO, passed away Monday, November 12, 2018 at Hermann Area District Hospital.

Pearline was born in Berger, Missouri on March 25, 1932, a daughter of the late Orgie & Hulda (Meyer) Brethorst.

She was the wife of Truman  Eikermann.  They were united in marriage on November 28, 1953, at St. John's U.C.C., Berger, MO. 

Pearline was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, in Hermann, and the V.F.W. Post 4182 Auxiliary.  Pearline was a homemaker but in her younger years before she married Truman she worked at International Shoe Factory.   In her free time she did a lot of sewing for family, canning, and she made many afghans that she sold.

Pearline is survived by her husband Truman, of Hermann, by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces & great nephews.    She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister Mrytle Sperry and two brothers Clifford & Osborne Brethorst

Visitation will be held Friday, November 16th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Rodger Kiepe officiating.

Burial will be at Bethany Cemetery, Berger, Missouri.   Memorials may be given to St. Paul U.C.C.  C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
