Paul Groner Obituary

Paul B. Groner, 97, of Hermann, MO, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022 at StoneBridge Hermann.

Paul was born in St. Elizabeth, Missouri on October 23, 1925, the son of the late Paul John & Clara Mary (Evers) Groner.

Paul was a member of St. Paul's Church, Berger, where he was a longtime member of the choir.  He was also a member of the Holy Name Society and a past member and president of the Third Order of St. Francis.

Paul was a farmer most of his life and received an outstanding farmers award.  He also loved working on old machinery and restoring it. 

He is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Theresa Speckhals, Martha Fennewald, Dorothy Wilding, Ida Fennewald, Henry Groner, Caroline Biggerstaff, George Groner, Hubert Groner and Clare Everdon.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 8th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann.

A funeral mass will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Church, Berger, Missouri, with Father John Deken officiating. 

Burial will be at St. Paul's Cemetery. Memorials may be given to St. George School. 

Friends and family have shared their relationship to show their support.
