Otto J. Mayer, Jr., age 98, passed away on March 31, 2023 at Mercy Hospital, Washington, Missouri.

Otto was born in Rhineland, MO, he was the son of the late Otto J. & Caroline (Katemann) Mayer.

He was the widower of his first wife Mary Jean Mayer who is deceased.

He is survived by wife Faye Buckner and step children, John Buckner, Jr. and wife Sharon, Judy Meilink and husband Donald, Jerri Svoboda and husband Keith, step grandchildren, Jeff and wife Doreen, Jason and wife Dana, Jennifer and husband Mike, Matthew and wife Cybele, Joshua and wife Samantha, Sarah and husband Derrick, step great grandchildren, Jordy, Elly, Ava, Alana, Sophia, Brooklyn, Laila and Mia and step great great grandchildren, Everett and Lillian. Otto was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, and siblings.

Mr. Mayer has requested no funeral service.  A private burial will be at St. George Cemetery in Hermann, MO.
