Nora Lee (Dehne) Johnson, of New Haven, Missouri, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025 at StoneBridge Senior Living, Hermann, Missouri.
Nora was born on September 16, 1939, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late Virgil Dehne and Lulu ( Voisey) Duda.
On March 23, 1968 she was married to Alfred Johnson. They were married 42 years and raised four daughters. They lived in Oates, Missouri for several years then later moving to Hermann, Missouri.
Nora was a homemaker and loved to be outside planting flowers. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, camping, fishing, music, dancing and family gatherings. She also enjoyed spending time with her kids, and grandkids, going to the senior center, and playing cards and bingo with her friends and family. She was also a member of Eastern Star in Lesterville, Missouri for many years.
Nora is survived by three daughters, Sharon Hubenthal (Henry) of New Haven; Rhonda Cobb (Curtiss) New Haven, and Vickie Willimann (Virgil) Owensville; grandchildren, Whitney Wood (John), Tyler Jordan, Chelsi Wehmeyer (Jeff), Taylor Pewitt (Justin), Hannah Corder (Jacob), Branden Hubenthal (Jodie), and Justin Hubenthal (Sarah); great grandchildren, Olivia Halle, Damian Chase, Jayelin, Ember, Nevaeh, Logan, Alex, Alice, Colt, Sawyer, Kamdan, Carlie; a sister Mary Byrne of St. Louis; a sister in law, Verna McClelland of Florida; special friends, Kaela Crawford, Joyce Dare, and Peggy Speth; special nieces and nephews; and many friends and family that will mourn her loss.
She is preceded in death by her husband Alfred Johnson, her mother Lulu Duda, her father Virgil Dehne, her step father Bud Duda, a daughter Debbie Walker, a granddaughter Deanna Walker, brothers Bill, Bob, and Jerry Duda, brothers-in-law, Jerry Edmond, Marty Byrne, and Chuck McClelland, a sister-in-law Kathy Duda, half sister Roxy Dehne, and many special aunts and uncles.
There will be no visitation at this time. A celebration of life and burial at the Asher Cemetery, Oates, Missouri, will be held at a later date.
Memorials can be made to New Haven Senior Center.
