Mildred Buckner Obituary

Mildred M. Buckner, 97, of Hermann, MO, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024 at StoneBridge Senior Living, Hermann, Missouri.

Mildred was born in Blooming Rose, Missouri on September 13, 1926, the daughter of the late General Franklin & Della Ann (Buckner) Buckner.

Mildred worked in St. Louis for the Army Records Center from 1945 to 1964. She then moved to California and worked at the Social Security Office from 1964 to 1981.

Mildred enjoyed going to opera's and other musical productions, traveling the world and doing genealogy research.

She is survived by nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.

Private graveside services will be held at St. Marcus Cemetery, Rhineland.
