Mary Ann Catherine (Leimkuehler) Branson

Mary Ann Catherine Branson, 74, of Morrison, MO, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Capital Region Medical Center, Jefferson City, Missouri. 

Mary Ann was born in Hermann, Missouri on September 22, 1951, the daughter of the late Milton F. Sr. & Ruth (Tegeler) Leimkuehler.

She was the wife of Daniel Branson.   They were united in marriage on May 19, 1970 at South Side Christian Church, Kansas City, Missouri.  Together they shared 55 wonderful years of marriage.

Mary Ann was a member of Oklahoma Church of Christ, Chamois, MO.  She worked as a extrusion line technician at Henniges Automotive in New Haven, Missouri.

In her free time Mary Ann enjoyed sewing, quilting, embroidering, crocheting, canning pickles, baking cookies and watching the hummingbirds.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband, Daniel Branson, of Morrison; a son, Dustin Branson, of Morrison, MO; a daughter Candace Branson, of Linn, MO; a sister, Cherry Kay Elkins, of Lakeside, CA; two brothers, Kenneth Leimkuehler, of Morrison, MO; and Dennis  Leimkuehler, of Morrison, MO; eight grandchildren, Anthony, Kaitlyn, Brooke, Kyla, Blake, Aiden, Casslin and Macy and many great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Keith D. Branson, and a brother, Milton Leimkuehler, Jr.
 
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 9th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Zion-St. Peter United Church of Christ, Pershing, Missouri, with Rev. Barb Zastrow officiating. 

Burial will be at  Deppe  Family Cemetery, Morrison, Missouri.  Family request memorial donations to go to family to help with maintaining the family cemetery.
