Mary L. (Costello) Smith

Mary L. Smith, 88, of Hermann, MO, passed away Friday, December 6, 2024 at Berger, Missouri.
 
Mary was born in Monteray, Mexico on March 31, 1936, the daughter of the late Pete & Prehetes (Gusman) Costello.
 
Mary is survived by four daughters, Julia Leija, of Hermann, Missouri; Rose Fletcher, of Arkansas; Mickey Alecia McGuire, of St. Louis, Missouri; and Sonya McLaughlin, of Union, Missouri; by 10 grandchildren, Angelica, Alan, John, Abie, Angela, Ashley, Aaron, Chelsea, Matthew, and Hunter, and an abundance of great grandchildren.
 
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Richard Tinejero and Ben Leija and two grandchildren, Jesse Cadena and Christopher Norman Jr.
 
Mary was a very dedicated member of the Ferils in Peril organization in Hermann.  
 
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
