Madalyn Christine Lensing

Madalyn Christine Lensing, 25, of Chamois, MO, passed away bravely & peacefully Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at her beloved childhood home in Hermann surrounded by her family.  Madalyn passed away from a glioblastoma.

Madalyn was born in Wentzville, Missouri on October 19, 1997, the daughter of Todd &  Kimberly (Clark) Lensing.

Madalyn enjoyed spending time with her daughter, Marcee Ann. She loved to go snagging at the Lake of the Ozarks, and to go on float trips to various rivers.  When she wasn’t busy spending time with her daughter, she could be found driving down gravel roads with her windows rolled down and blasting her favorite music.

Madalyn is survived by her parents, Todd & Kimberly Lensing, of Hermann, Missouri; her daughter, Marcee Ann West, of the home; her significant other, Seth West & his daughter, Elena West, of Chamois, Missouri; a brother, John Lensing & fiance’ Sabryn Englert, of Hermann, Missouri; her grandparents, Georgene & Thom Warden, of Hermann, Missouri and Loretta & Travis Mize, of Portland, Missouri, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Herbert H. Lensing.

A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, June 18th at 1:00 p.m. at the Hermann Rotunda.  Memorials may be given to Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer or Marcee Ann West Support Fund.
