Leeanna Marie Hasty, 79, of New Haven, MO, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at New Haven Care Center, New Haven, Missouri, surrounded by her loving family.
Leeanna was born in Blair, Nebraska on January 11, 1943, the daughter of the late Verllie Florence and Francis Everette Thompson.
She was united in marriage July 25, 1959 in St. Clair, Missouri to L. Ray Hasty. Ray preceded her in death on October 4, 2008.
She is also preceded in death by her parents, a great-grandson, Dylan Lesniak and her daughter-in-law, Kim Hasty.
Leeanna is survived by her children, Sandi Hassler & husband Carry, Debbie Plummer & husband John, Ray Hasty, Jr., and Jim Hasty & wife Jessica, all of New Haven, Missouri; three brothers, Rholand Thompson & wife Donna, of New Haven, Missouri; Larry Thompson & special friend Regina Biermann, of Hermann, Missouri; and Linn Thompson & wife Debbie, of Leslie, Missouri; two sisters, Donna Klingsick & husband Gene, of Hermann, Missouri; and Ruth Hines & husband Ron, of Brighton, Illinois; two sisters-in-law, Helen & Joann Hasty, both of New Haven, Missouri; by 8 grandchildren, Brandon Young & wife Callie, of Washington, Missouri; Jason Young & wife Elana, of Washington, Missouri; Dustin Young, of St. Peters, Missouri; Tom Plummer & special friend Katie Hartsell, of Glendale, California; Jessica Davis & husband Julian, of Washington, Missouri; Garrett Hasty, of New Haven, Missouri; Stacy Jones, of Rolla, Missouri; Jack Hasty, of New Haven, Missouri; and Jaelyn Hasty, of New Haven, Missouri, 15 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and other family and friends that meant so much to her.
Leeanna was very devoted to God and her church. She was an active member of the Assembly of God Church for many years.
She worked at Cedar Creek Conference Center in New Haven. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, baking, doing crafts and spending time with her family.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 27th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m., with Rev. Glen Thompson officiating.
Burial will be at Nortman Cemetery, New Haven, Missouri. Memorials may be given to Nortman Cemetery. C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
