Kenneth Mark Ausbrooks, 55, of Fairview Heights, IL, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022 at his home.
Kenneth was born in Galveston, Texas on August 14, 1966, the son of Macarthur Ausbrooks & Cheryle Curran.
He was the husband of Sebrina Lynn (Hiatt) Ausbrooks. They were united in marriage on December 31, 2014, in Berger, Missouri.
Kenneth proudly served his country in the United States Marines. He worked for the U.S. Government, Department of Defense for over 30 years as a computer system supervisor.
Kenneth was an avid sports fan, especially of the St. Louis Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, riding his motorcycle, telling jokes and listening to music. He loved to travel and plan his family vacations.
Kenneth is survived by his mother, Cheryle Curran, of Huntington, Texas; his wife, Sebrina Ausbrooks, of Gasconade, Missouri; daughter, Heather Ausbrooks, of Stafford, Virginia; daughter, Danielle Strobel, of Fairview Heights, Illinois; daughter, Rebekah Graue & husband Jacob, of Washington, Missouri; son, Tyler Strobel, of Hermann, Missouri; daughter, Stephanie Cox, of Stafford, Virginia; his grandchildren, Braxton, Everett, Oliver, Reid, Hank, Kolbi, Bailee and Colton, two brothers, Roger Ausbrooks & wife Karrie and John Ausbrooks & wife Regina, both of Arkansas; a sister, Ramona Bywater & husband Damon, of California; his mother-in-law, Judy Detjen & husband Ken, of Bland, Missouri; his father-in-law, Jack Hiatt, of Hermann, Missouri; a special aunt, April Curran, of Huntington, Texas, by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 29th from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where memorial services will follow at 6:00 p.m. Military honors service will be held at 2:30 at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to The Fallen Outdoors.
