Joyce E. (Willimann) Hauser

Joyce E. Hauser, 79, of Berger, MO, passed away Monday, February 8, 2021 at Mercy Hospital, Washington, Missouri. 

Joyce was born in Berger, Missouri on July 2, 1941, the daughter of the late Walter S. & Dorothy (Schowe) Willimann.

She was married for almost 60 years to Joseph Earl Hauser.  They were united in marriage on April 22, 1961, at the United Church of Christ, in Berger, Missouri.   They had three daughters, Kathy, Kelly and Karen.

Joyce was a member of the former St. John's United Church of Christ, Berger. She worked as a ward clerk for Hermann Hospital for several years. 

Joyce is survived by her husband, Joe Hauser, of the home; three daughters, Kathy (Kevin) Bockting, of Chamois, Missouri; Kelly (Kyle) Elliott, of Fayette, Missouri; and Karen Bean, of Hermann, Missouri; her grandchildren, Amanda (Robert) Carter, Sabrina (Allen) Starke, Evan Bean, Blake Bockting, Hannah (Janie) Elliott, Cole Horstmann, Corey Bean, Aly Bean, Devan Elliott and Thomas Elliott, by great grandchildren, Katie (Ernie) Cole, David Carter, Waylon Carter, Oliver Carter, Cali Starke, Letti Starke, and Wyatt Starke, and a great-great grandchild, Kasey Cole, two sisters, Fay (Larry) Scheible and Fern (Kenny) Wray; a brother, Ronald Willimann; two brothers-in-law, Oscar (Carol) Hauser and Carl Hauser; by five sisters-in-law, Ann Willimann, Joyce (Ronald) Kamper, Gayle (William) Horn, Linda (Brian) Michael and Debbie (David) Robison, and by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces & nephews.
 
She is preceded in death by her parents, her father & mother-in-law, Earl & Helen Hauser, two brothers, Walter & Eugene Willimann, and three sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Willimann, Dorris Willimann and Marjorie Hauser, and one brother-in-law, Marion "Pete" Hauser.

Joyce loved her family and friends dearly.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Memorials may be given to the discretion of the family, C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
