Jo Ellen (Jody) (Cook) Schwartz

Jo Ellen (Jody) Schwartz, 72, of St.Charles, Missouri passed away June 8, 2024 at Stone Bridge in Hermann.
 
She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on July 20, 1951, the daughter of the late John & Marjorie (Klittich) Cook.
 
Jody was the wife of Kenneth Schwartz . They were united in marriage on February 14, 1970 at Southeast Missouri State University.
 
Jody was an accountant and retired from Enterprise-Rent-A-Car after 26 years. Jody enjoyed traveling and was a workaholic. She was a former member of St. Paul's U.C.C.
 
Jody is survived by her husband Kenneth, a son, Eric Schwartz & wife Nancy of Oregon, WI, a son, Kyle Schwartz & wife Teresa of Hermann, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Cynda Sommers
 
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home in Hermann, Mo., where services will follow at 7:00 p.m.
 
Memorial contributions may be given to the Hermann Area District Hospital.
