Jim Reynolds departed this earthly life to eternal life on Monday, August 11, 2025 at home in Hermann, MO. He was a Child of God and was referred to those who loved him as Husband, Dad, Jim, Beau, PaBeau, Brother, Uncle, Pastor, Friend.
Jim was born on February 14, 1951 in Pine Bluff, AR. Having lived in Hermann, MO for 23 years, he and the family moved to Colorado (a lifelong desire of his) in 2000, where he resided for 24 years. October 2024 he and Diane returned to Hermann to reconnect with their “roots”.
He is survived by his wife, Diane, and their children, Angie Reynolds, Bubba Reynolds (Jennifer), & bonus daughter Robin Richey Puerner (Bill), 8 grandchildren (+ I due in September), 1 brother, Daryl Reynolds (Cindy), sisters, Tracy Hamons (Jim), and Lisa Harris (Jeremy), and many nieces and nephews.
October 2023 Jim suffered a massive stroke from which he never recovered to a quality of former life. He also suffered from other debilitating conditions.
In addition to his love for God and committing his life to Jesus as Lord, he also enjoyed with passion: Fishing, hunting, camping, football, and playing sports, picnics, making people laugh, and the list could go on.
A celebration of life memorial will be held in months to come. The details will be shared as soon as they develop.
