Jeffery Lee Haley, 71, of Hermann, MO, passed away Monday, December 22, 2025 at Mercy Hospital, Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Jeffery was born in East St. Louis, Illinois on October 16, 1954, the son of Betty (Haley) Jennings, and stepfather Alan Jennings.
He proudly served in the US Navy at the end of the Vietnam War until 1975. He worked as a welder for Holland USA, formerly Binkley, for over 40 years in Warrenton. He was a member of the Hermann Eagles and liked to play Queen of Hearts on Friday nights. He had a lifelong passion for Ford Mustangs.
Jeffery is survived by two daughters, Jessica Isaak & husband Patrick, and Jeanette Steiner & husband Ben, both of Hermann, Missouri; six grandchildren, Reese & Camryn Isaak and Reid, Quinn and Sadie Steiner; three sisters, Betty Jo Hemp, of Wellsville, Missouri; Nancy Dillard, of Florida; and Linda Lehman & husband Chris, of High Hill, Missouri; and a brother, Billy Jennings, of Owensville, Missouri.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jennings & stepfather Allen and a grandson, Owen Steiner.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 30th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m.
Memorial donations may be given to Hermann VFW, Owens Dinosauria Park or Hermann Angels of Hope.
