Helen K. (Hartschuh) Kohrs

Helen K. Kohrs, 86, of Hermann, MO, passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at her home.

Helen was born in Stuttgart, Germany on February 2, 1936, the daughter of the late Friedrich & Emilie (Dittus) Hartschuh.

She was the widow of John A. Kohrs.  They were united  in marriage on October 9, 1954, in New Jersey.  John preceded her in death on May 29, 2020. 

Helen enjoyed dancing with her husband, gardening, cooking for her family and crocheting items for her children.

Helen is survived by a son, Robert Kohrs & wife Jayne, of Excello, Missouri; a daughter-in-law, Marcy Kohrs, of Oviedo, Florida, by seven grandchildren, Sam Kohrs, Michael Kohrs, Susie Brown, Lisa Cullen, John David Kohrs, Matt Kohrs and Fred Kohrs and by 10 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a son, John Allen Kohrs.

Visitation and funeral services will be private.  Burial will be at Oak Haven Memorial Gardens, Hermann.
