Georgia "Jo" (Johnson) Lewis

Georgia "Jo" Lewis, 88, of Hermann, MO, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at her home.

Jo was born in Stanberry, Missouri on September 17, 1936, the daughter of the late Leamon Hershel & Mamie Irene (Heck) Johnson.

She was the wife of Tommy Lewis.  They were united in marriage on November 27, 1999, in Bates City, Missouri. Together they shared 25 years of marriage.

Jo was a member of Gasconade Baptist Church, Gasconade, Missouri.  She worked as a L.P.N. at several hospitals. In her free time she enjoyed going to garage sales.

Jo is survived by her husband, Tommy Lewis, of Hermann; a daughter, Debbie Gude, of Omaha, Nebraska; 
a son, David Davison, of Brandon, Mississippi; two sisters, Rena Hazelwood, of Agency, Missouri; and June Cline, of Florida; and a brother, David Johnson, of Bettendorf, Iowa. 
 
She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Allen & Norman Johnson.

No services will be held at this time.  Memorial donations may be given to Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer.
