Laura Gail Branhof, 86, of Montgomery City, MO, passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at University of Missouri Medical Center, Columbia, Missouri.
Laura was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 25, 1937, the daughter of the late John P. & Ethel (Wagner) Peters. She graduated from Jennings High School in 1955.
She was the wife of Edward Branhof. They were united in marriage on August 8, 1959, in Jennings, Missouri.
Laura was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Fulton, Missouri. She worked as a key punch operator for Emerson Electric. In her free time Laura enjoyed playing any card game.
Laura is survived by her husband, Ed Branhof, of Montgomery City; a daughter, Kathleen J. Hancock & husband Ken, of Montgomery City, Missouri; a son, Edward J. Branhof & wife Kelly, of Montgomery City, Missouri; a son, Robert W. Branhof & significant other Tiffany, of Harvest, Alabama; by five grandchildren, Mason Branhof, Aly Kegley & husband Jeff, Katie Keen & husband Andy, Nicki Branhof and John Branhof, three great grandchildren, Sophie Jane & Adie Jo Keen and Elle Wiss, a sister-in-law, Joyce Bloch & husband Juergen and a nephew, Kurt Bloch.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 5th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Fulton, Missouri. Memorial donations may be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
