Frank "Jim" J. LaBoube

Frank "Jim" Joseph LaBoube, 91, of Hermann, MO, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025 at StoneBridge Senior Living, Hermann, Missouri. 

Jim was born in Little Berger, Missouri on November 10, 1933, the son of the late Frank Sr. & Clara (Gatzemeyer) LaBoube.

He was the widower of Henrietta M. (Schlitt) LaBoube.  They were united in marriage on October 22, 1955, at St. Gertrude Church, Krakow, Missouri. Henrietta preceded him in death on September 26, 2014.

Jim was a member of St. George Church, Hermann and the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus.  He worked at Zero Manufacturing for many years as a shipping and receiving clerk.  Before working for Zero Mfg. he worked at both International and Florsheim Shoe Companies. 

Jim is survived by a son, Dale LaBoube & wife Janet, of Hermann, Missouri; two daughters, Karen Hutchings & husband Donald, of Hermann, Missouri; and Debbie Bruno & husband Dennis, of Hermann, Missouri; a son, Alan LaBoube & wife Nancy, of Hermann, Missouri; and a son, Danny LaBoube & wife Natalie, of Lee's Summit, Missouri; by 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.  

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, brothers, Virgil and Harvey LaBoube and sisters, Irene Schweerkotting, Laverne Weber and Clarene Grass.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 18th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at St. George Church, Hermann, where a funeral mass will follow at 11:00 a.m.

Burial will be at St. George Cemetery, Hermann, Missouri.  Memorial donations may be given to St. George School.
