Forrest L. Koeller

Forrest L. Koeller, 93, of Hermann, MO, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Hermann Area District Hospital, Hermann, Missouri.

Forrest was born in Hermann, Missouri on March 15, 1928, the son of the late Armin & Louise (Heinlein) Koeller.

Forrest was united in marriage to Nadine M. Jones on February 21, 1948 in Salem, Arkansas.  To this union four daughters were born.  Nadine preceded him in death on February 19, 1995.

On October 9, 1999 Forrest was remarried to Viola C. Michel at the Swiss Evangelical Reformed Church.  Viola preceded him in death on September 7, 2020.

Forrest was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Hermann.

Forrest is survived by four daughters, Trudy Hicks, of Hermann, Missouri; Diann Danuser, of Hermann, Missouri; Sharon Koeller, of Mexico, Missouri; and Lynn Helming, of Hermann, Missouri, by 11 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, by a sister, Ruby Carter, of Clinton, Iowa, three half-brothers, Ed and Ben Priess of St. Charles, Missouri, and Clarence Priess, of Hermann, Missouri, and by many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, by his first wife, Nadine Koeller, his second wife, Viola Koeller, his brother Armin Koeller, Jr.,  two sisters, Dorothy Fredrick and Laverne Frye and a grandson, Kevin Eck.
 
Visitation will be held Sunday, July 11th from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where funeral services will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m.

Burial will be at Hermann Cemetery.  Memorials donations may be given to St. Paul United Church of Christ.  C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
