Felipe Vilchis Mejia

Felipe Vilchis Mejia, 73, of New Haven, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at his home.

Felipe was born in Amanalco, Estado de Mexico on June 4, 1952, the son of the late Macario Vilchis Carvajal & Amparo (Mejia) De Vilchis.

He was the widower of Brigida Teresa Coyotl Castillo. They were united in marriage on August 15, 1978.
 
He is survived by a son, Arturo Vilchis, of Senath, Missouri; a son, Oscar Vilchis, of Hornersville, Missouri; a daughter, Nancy Marroquin, of New Haven, Missouri; a son, Daniel Vilchis, of Hornersville, Missouri; a son, Felipe Vilchis, of Vienna, Missouri; a daughter, Liliana Esquivel, of New Haven, Missouri; and 12 grandchildren, Alexia, Brandon, Natalie, Abigail, Oscar Junior, Samantha, Monserrat, Giovani, Andrew, Meredith, Alberto, and Gael.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a son, Carlos Vilchis.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 6th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, where funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m.
