Evelyn I. (Daller) Bishop

Evelyn I. Bishop, 103, of Hermann, MO, passed away Monday, June 23, 2025 at StoneBridge Senior Living,  Hermann, Missouri.

Evelyn was born in Rhineland, Missouri on July 27, 1921, the daughter of the late John & Myrtle (Metzler) Daller.

She was the widow of Samuel P. Bishop.  They were united in marriage on December 2, 1944, in St. Charles, Missouri.  Samuel preceded her in death on August 2, 1990.

Evelyn was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Stolpe.  She worked for Boeing as an inspector. 

Evelyn enjoyed sewing, traveling, being outdoors, cutting grass and working in her flower garden and she also enjoyed a good cup of coffee.

Evelyn is survived by one sister, Jeannette Stinson, of Oklahoma; by nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews.  

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brothers, Victor, Cecil and John Jr. Daller; and sisters, Beatrice Epple, Adeline Hackmann, Marge Toeniskoetter and Melva Skibiski.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 27th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Darrel Deeker officiating. 

Burial will be at St. John's Cemetery, Stolpe.  Memorials may be given to St. John's Cemetery.
