Dorothy "Dot" L. (Saunders) Ewald

Dorothy "Dot" L. Ewald, 77, of Hermann, MO, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Union Care Center, Union, Missouri. 

Dot was born in Hermann, Missouri on September 23, 1943, the daughter of the late William Joseph & Rosa (Schannuth) Saunders.

She was the widow of John A. Ewald.  They were united in marriage on November 7, 1964, in Hermann, Missouri. 

Dot was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Hermann. She worked several years at Rock House Cafe in Hermann. 

Dot enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, going to craft shows, where she made jewelry for the shows.  She also enjoyed classic cars and crocheting.

Dot is survived by a daughter, Kathy Ewald, of Hermann, Missouri; a daughter-in-law, Christy Ewald, of Union, Missouri and two grandchildren, Breanna & Ryan Ewald, of Union.
 
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a son, Ricky Ewald.

No services will be held at this time.  Memorials may be given to Loutre Island Cemetery.  C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
