Denny W. Brautigam

Denny W. Brautigam, 69, of Fulton, MO, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2023 in Vienna, Missouri. 

Denny was born in Hermann, Missouri on May 17, 1954, the son of Robert G. & Mildred M. "Millie" (Elfline) Brautigam.

Denny has held various jobs throughout his life.  He started working at Kellwood in New Haven.  He then went to work as an asbestos removal technician for 30 years, with a company based out of Jefferson City. He most recently worked in several different states for numerous nuclear power plants during their refueling. 

Denny was a member of the Local Laborers 662 and was a former Jaycees.  In his free time he enjoyed collecting cars, scraping, and riding his four wheeler.  His biggest enjoyment though was spending time with his family and helping the less fortunate.

Denny is survived by his mother, Millie Brautigam, of New Haven, Missouri; a daughter, Lynn Schleeter & husband Shaun, of Harrisburg, Missouri; a son, Jason Ewald, of Holts Summit, Missouri; a daughter, Heather Anderson, of Mexico, Missouri; a brother, Terry Brautigam, of New Haven, Missouri; four grandsons, Cameron Neal & wife Kelsey, Christopher Zahara, Andrew Neal and Kyle Schleeter and two great grandchildren, Evan & Maddox Neal.  He is preceded in death by his father and a brother, Gary Brautigam.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 8th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, where funeral services will follow Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. 

Burial will be at Swiss Evangelical Reformed Cemetery, Swiss, Missouri.  Memorials may be given to Swiss Evangelical Reformed Cemetery.
