Dennis P. Bossman

Dennis P. Bossman, 70, of Hermann, MO, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2025 at his home.

Dennis was born in Washington, Missouri on March 18, 1955, the son of the late Melvin Albert & Virginia L. (Fischer) Bossman.

Dennis was involved in an auto accident in 1983 and was left paralyzed from the waist down.  Even though he was in a wheel chair that did not stop him from doing the things he loved, such as, skydiving, white water rafting, coaching handicapped kids in playing tennis, and hunting.  

Dennis was a salesman for many years, selling special handicap vehicle equipment.  He was very dedicated to helping other handicap individuals.  

He is survived by three sisters, Suzann Frye & husband Randy, of Hermann, Missouri; Kathleen Masur, of Hermann, Missouri; and Marsha Bossman, of Hermann, Missouri; a brother, Steven Bossman, of Hermann, Missouri; four nieces, two nephews, one great nephew and three great nieces.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

Per Dennis's request there will be no visitation.  A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be given to Gasconade County R-1 Special Olympics.
