Debra K. (Edler) Gardner Dever

Debra K. Gardner Dever, 68, of Berger, MO, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at her home. 

Debra was born in Owensville, Missouri on September 4, 1956, the daughter of the late Raymond & Alberta (Hackmann) Edler.

She was united in marriage to Anthony "Tony" Gardner on November 12, 1977 at New Haven, Missouri.  Tony preceded her in death on August 12, 2010.  

Debra was a homemaker.  She enjoyed being with her family and being outdoors, especially camping.

Debra is survived by a son, Anthony Gardner Jr. & wife Tahscena, of Rockaway Beach, Missouri; a daughter, Kristina Strubberg, of Berger, Missouri; a son, Shaun Gardner & wife Mandi, of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; a daughter, Vanessa Asher, of Moberly, Missouri; a step daughter, Misty Henson & husband Phil, of Bowling Green, Missouri; four sisters, Carolyn Gonzales & husband Ernie, of Texas; Cheryl Gale & husband Randy, of Hermann, Missouri; Linda Trostel, of Belle, Missouri; and Brenda Scego & husband Leon, of Owensville, Missouri; two brothers, Raymond Edler, of Union, Missouri; and Danny Edler, of Owensville, Missouri, 18 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
 
She is preceded in death by her parents and her first husband Anthony "Tony" Gardner.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 4th from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m.

Burial will be at St. John's Cemetery, Berger.
