Christine "Tina" (Hebert) Geltz

Christine "Tina" Marie Geltz, 61, of Hermann, MO, passed away Monday, April 4, 2022 at Hermann Area District Hospital, Hermann, Missouri.

Tina was born in Wuerzburg, Germany on October 22, 1960, the daughter of Christian E. Hebert & Oneta C. (Baer) Moon.

She was the wife of Michael Geltz.  They were united in marriage on April 19, 1980, in East Peoria, Illinois. 

Tina is survived by her parents, Christian Hebert & Oneta Moon, both of Owensboro, Kentucky, her husband, Michael Geltz, of Hermann, her two sons, Jesse Geltz, of Hermann, Missouri and Josh Geltz & wife Brittany, of Lakewood, Florida; a sister, Veronica Mitchell & husband Don, of Owensboro, Kentucky and a granddaughter, Chloe Geltz, of Lakewood, Florida.

Tina worked as the office manager for the State Farm Insurance Agency in Hermann for over 30 years.  When her boys were younger she was Den Mother in Cub Scouts, she was active in the Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer and she was on the Hermann Park Board for several years.

In her free time she enjoyed making crafts and going to craft shows.  But she mostly enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her granddaughter Chloe and "The Tribe".

Visitation will be held Sunday, April 10th from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann.
