Brigitte (Grigoleitis) Schildknegt

Brigitte Schildknegt, 82, of Hermann, MO, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at her home.
 
Brigitte was born in Stralsund, Germany on December 1, 1941, the daughter of the late Georg & Pauline (Köll) Grigoleitis.
 
She was the widow of Nicolaas  Schildknegt.  They were united in marriage on October 4, 1962, in Toronto, Canada.  Nicolaas preceded her in death on October 20, 2014. 
 
Brigitte is survived by a daughter, Nicole Feodorov & husband John, of Seattle, Washington; a son, Klaas Schildknegt & wife Susan, of State College, Pennsylvania; a brother, Wolfgang Gregory, of Calgary, Canada; by a granddaughter Hannah Feodorov, of Vancouver, Canada and two grandsons, Jacob Schildknegt, of State College, Pennsylvania & Joshua Schildknegt, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Her children and grandchildren will miss her love, optimism, generosity, curiosity and adventurous spirit. Safe journeys Oma.
