Barry J. Romaker, 74, of Fulton, MO, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.
Barry was born in Hermann, Missouri on July 8, 1947, the son of the late Nicholas & Leona (Fowler) Romaker.
He was the husband of Cheryl (Hudson) Romaker. They were united in marriage on September 3, 1966, at Big Spring United Methodist Church, Big Spring, MO.
Barry proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked as a welder for Central Electric Company in Fulton for 21 years.
Barry loved hunting, being outdoors, riding his four wheeler and spending time with his family.
Barry is survived by his wife of 55 years, Cheryl Romaker, of the home; four daughters, Christine McMeans & husband Chad, of Fulton, Missouri; Cynthia Lamons & husband Doug, of Mokane, Missouri; Jeannette Quick & husband Scott, of Mokane, Missouri; and Angela Frasher & husband Shawn, of Fulton, Missouri; by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, a sister Keva Williams & significant other Larry Tune, of Chamois, Missouri; and a brother, Kerby Romaker, of McKittrick, Missouri.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, James Romaker and a sister, Brenda Axton.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 6th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri, where funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m.
