Barbara Lorene (Biermann) Leibach

Barbara Lorene Leibach, 88, of Berger, MO, passed away peacefully, Sunday, May 31, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
 
Barbara was born in Case, Missouri on March 17, 1938, the daughter of the late Oswald & Margaret (Gerner) Biermann.
 
She was united in marriage to Donald Edward Leibach Sr. on October 15, 1960, in Berger, Missouri.  Together they shared almost 51 years of marriage.  Donald preceded her in death on September 1, 2011.
 
Barbara was a long-time member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Berger.  She was a homemaker and raised her five children.  During that time, she also worked at many factories in the Hermann and New Haven area.
 
Barbara is survived by a son, Donald Leibach Jr. & wife Twylia, of Hermann, Missouri; a son, Patrick Leibach & wife Lisa, of Gerald, Missouri; a daughter, Carla Jacobs & husband Timothy, of Hillsboro, Missouri; a son, Timothy Leibach & wife Cathy, of Hermann, Missouri; a son, Christopher Leibach, of Hermann, Missouri;  a sister, Regina Biermann, of Hermann, Missouri; 10 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and brother, Dennis Biermann.
 
Visitation will be held Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann.
 
A funeral mass will follow at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Berger, Missouri, with Father Tim Henderson officiating. 
 
Burial will be at St. Paul's Cemetery, Berger.  Memorial donations may be given to Birthright or American Diabetes Association.
