Arthur J. Landolt, 91, of Hermann, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at StoneBridge Hermann, Hermann, Missouri.
Arthur was born in Gilmore City, Iowa on April 28, 1932, the son of the late Ignatius & Grace (Shuck) Landolt.
He was the husband of Anna Mae (Koenig) Landolt. They were united in marriage on October 27, 1956, at St. George Church, Hermann, Missouri.
Arthur proudly served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was a member of St. George Church, Hermann, V.F.W. Post 4182, Hermann and the Knights of Columbus.
Arthur worked for the Ferrell Gas Company in Hermann as a manager for over 30 years. In his free time Arthur enjoyed traveling, going to casinos to gamble, playing pinochle, sitting on their front porch and watching traffic go by and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Arthur is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Landolt, of Hermann, Missouri; daughter, Sharon Havis & partner Eddie LaBoube, of Hermann, Missouri; daughter, Pauline Eberlin & husband Mark, of Hermann, Missouri; daughter, Donna Elliott, of Jefferson City, Missouri; a son, Danny Landolt & fiance Jennifer Hopkins, of Thornton, Colorado; daughter, Carol Kuhn & husband Steve, of Hermann, Missouri; a sister-in-law, Marilyn Landolt, of Hermann, Missouri; by nine grandchildren, Kristi Fennessey, Tami Barth, Kenny J. Elliott, Amy Elliott, Kaitlyn and Kristopher Landolt and Nathan, Jacob & Bryce Kuhn and 15 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, an infant daughter, Janet Louise Landolt, four sisters, Mary Penniston, Louise Sandvig, Olivia Sandvig and Grace Juergens, by seven brothers, John, Eugene, George, Paul, Robert, Bernard & Richard Landolt, three brothers-in-law, Norbert, Chris & George Koenig and three sisters-in-law, Dorothy Stockhorst, Laura Pottebaum and Florence Kuebler.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 9th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann.
A funeral mass will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at St. George Church, Hermann, Missouri, with Father David Means officiating.
Burial will be at St. George Cemetery. Memorials may be given to St. George Church or Hermann V.F.W. Post 4182.
