Anthony "Tony" W. Branson

Anthony "Tony" W. Branson, 59, of Montgomery City, MO, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024 at his home with his family by his side.

Tony was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 15, 1965, the son of the late Walter "Sonny" G. Branson, Jr. & Betty (Swofford) Tucker.

He was the husband of Donna (Maddux) Branson. They were united in marriage on September 13, 2013, at First Baptist Church, Middletown, Missouri. 

Tony worked as an over the road truck driver for Maczuk Trucking in New Haven, MO, which he loved doing.  In his free time he enjoyed cooking, doing woodworking and mostly spending time with this family.

Tony is survived by his wife, Donna Branson; of Montgomery City; daughter, Allyson Branson, of Hermann, Missouri; daughter, Cheyanne Kennedy, of Montgomery City, Missouri; son, Brandyn Churchill, of Mexico, Missouri; daughter, LaTyshia Churchill, of Montgomery City, Missouri; son, Nathanyel Kennedy, of Hermann, Missouri; son, Logyn Horn, of Montgomery City, Missouri; 11 grandchildren; a brother, Greg Donaldson, of Washington, Missouri; three sisters, Debra Trabue, of Mexico, Missouri; Sonja Unger, of New Haven, Missouri; and Penny Foster, of Middletown, Missouri; and a brother, Walter Branson, III, of New Haven, Missouri. 
 
He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Susan (Crabtree) Branson, and two daughters, Sarah & Dawn Branson.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 17th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, where memorial services will follow at 6:00 p.m.

Memorial donations may be given to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
