Alta M. Wolf, age 93, of Hermann, MO, formerly of Jefferson City, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at Columbia, Missouri.
Alta was born in Mobile, Iowa on December 15, 1930. She was the daughter of the late Matthew & Martha (Phillips) Lairmore.
On August 5, 1950, she was united in marriage to William Buel Wolf at the First Pentecostal Church, Gasconade. William Buel preceded her in death on January 26, 1998.
Alta worked as a housekeeper for Memorial Community Hospital in Jefferson City, Missouri, where she retired on December 15, 1995 after 22 years of service.
She was a member of Gasconade Pentecostal Church, Gasconade, Missouri .
Alta was preceded in death by her husband, William Buel Wolf, her son, Daniel R. Wolf, her parents, Matthew & Martha Lairmore, a step-father, Reedy Boofer, nine brothers, Albert, Warren, Elmer, Roy, William Robert, Alfred Jr., Donald, Kenneth, James Marvin and by three sisters, Alma, Lilly Marie and Mary.
Alta is survived by a daughter, Donnietta Kuebler and son-in-law Doug, of Hermann, Missouri; a daughter-in-law, Virginia Wolf, of Morrison, Missouri; four grandsons, Timothy (Teresa) Wolf, of Ironton, Missouri; Michael (Melody) Wolf, of Holts Summit, Missouri; Travis Kuebler, of Hermann, Missouri and Wesley (Carrie) Kuebler, of Hermann, Missouri, six great-grandchildren, Zoe Fischer, Colten Denby, Coty Wolf, Christopher Keller, Trenton Kuebler and Brooke Kuebler, nine step-great grandchildren, Joshua Brown, Samantha Brown, Amber Brown, Ashley Detwiler, Roper Calvert, Tanner Calvert, Shilynn Calvert, Brayden Friesz, and Brena Friesa; 15 great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Saturday, June 22nd from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m., with Russell Wolf officiating.
Burial will be at Gasconade Cemetery, Gasconade, Missouri. Memorials may be given to Caring Hearts & Hands of Columbia or First Pentecostal Church.
