Lester O. Schreiner

Lester O. Schreiner, 71, of Hermann, MO, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital, Chesterfield,  Missouri. 

Lester was born in Hermann, Missouri on January 17, 1948, a son of the late Charles & Nettie (Schnitger) Schreiner.

Lester is survived by a daughter, Margarette Dwyer & husband Ryann, of Union, Missouri; a son, Jason Schreiner, of Troy, Missouri; by four brothers, Larry Schreiner & wife Patty, of Hermann, Missouri; Bob Schreiner & wife Penny, of Union, Missouri; Ronald Wettling & wife Judy, of Union, Missouri; and Phillip Woodward, of Oklahoma; by a sister, Carol Schreiner, of Hermann; by three grandchildren, Hailey McKinney and Lucas & Chase Langenbacher, and many nieces & nephews. 

Lester proudly served his country in the United States Army, 101st Airborne.  He was a member of the Hermann Eagles. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, camping and riding horses.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 22nd from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where a memorials service will follow at 11:30 a.m.
