Lawrence R. Wozniak, 74, of Gasconade, MO, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2019 at his home.
Lawrence was born in Fresno, California on April 5, 1945, a son of the late John & Ruth (Mitchell) Wozniak.
He was the widower of Yvette (Craden) Barton. They were together for 30 years. Yvette preceded him in death on November 10, 2014.
Lawrence worked in the heating & cooling business in the St. Louis area for over 50 years. He also owned and operated St. Charles Furnace & Air. He was a member of the Local HVAC union in St. Louis. In his free time he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Lawrence is survived by four sons, John Wozniak & wife Lisa, of Cottleville, Missouri; Donald Wozniak, of St. Charles, Missouri; Michael Wozniak & wife Diana, of Warrenton, Missouri; and Steven Wozniak & wife Angela, of St. Charles, Missouri; by grandchildren, Amanda, Sonya, Leslie, Tiffany, Robert, John, Sonnie, Vince, Caleb, Gaige, Kaine, Jennifer, Bryan, Amber, Shayna, and Brice and by 20 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Judith Faye (Gisi) Wozniak, his second wife, Yvette Barton, a grandson Charles Wozniak, a granddaughter Angelica Wozniak and a brother John Wozniak.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 9th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri, where funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m.
Burial will be at Gasconade Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Multiple Sclerosis Society or Gasconade Cemetery. C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
