Evelyn "Ann" Rohlfing, 86, of Hermann, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Provision Living, Columbia, Missouri.
Ann was born in New Haven, Missouri on November 16, 1930, a daughter of the late Thomas B. & Grace C. (Curry) Pratt.
Ann was the widow of Dr. Leo E. Rohlfing. They were united in marriage on June 1, 1952, in New Haven, Missouri. Leo preceded her in death on December 1, 2000.
Ann was a member of Hermann United Methodist Church, where she was very active in the United Methodist Women, and other church activities, including teaching Sunday School for over 30 years. She was also a member of Missouri State Teachers Association and Hermann V.F.W. Auxiliary and volunteered much of her free time helping local organizations.
Ann was an elementary school teacher. She enjoyed and loved being a teacher. In her free time she loved to travel to foreign countries with Leo and her family. She also enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Ann is survived by a daughter, Margaret Kasmann & husband Bill, of Columbia, Missouri; a son Curt Rohlfing, of Columbia, Missouri; three grandsons, Jeremy Kasmann & wife Sarah, of Denver, Colorado; Joseph Kasmann & wife Christi, of Columbia, Missouri; and Seth Kasmann, of Columbia, Missouri, and by two nieces and one nephew.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a brother Richard Pratt.
A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, September 30th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Hermann United Methodist Church, Hermann, where a memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Beth Duckworth officiating.
