Blake Louis Grannemann

Blake Louis Grannemann, age 23, of Hermann, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018 at his home.

Blake was born in Hermann, Missouri on March 26, 1994, a son of Brian & Amy (Buesking) Grannemann.

Blake was a graduate of Hermann High School. He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Hermann and the Hermann Eagles. He worked as a service technician for Brian Grannemann's Services in Hermann.

Blake was a very kind, polite, and sweet young man with a huge heart. He always made a point to stop and talk to someone he knew, almost always having a big smile on his face. He had a love for music, for playing sports, hunting and spending time with those he cared about.

Blake is survived by his parents, Brian & Amy Grannemann, of Hermann; by three brothers Nathan Grannemann & wife Katherine, of Pearland, Texas; Nicholas Grannemann & wife Kristy, of High Ridge, Missouri; and Gary Grannemann, of Hermann; by a sister, Michaela Grannemann, of Hermann; by his grandparents Wayne & Doris Grannemann, of Hermann; and grandmother Donna Buesking, of Hermann; by two nephews and God sons, William & Robert Grannemann and two nieces Lyla & Kamina Grannemann, by his girl friend Elissa Thurman, of Hermann; and by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Robert Buesking.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 21st from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Hermann, with Rev. Rodger Kiepe officiating.

Burial will be at Loutre Island Cemetery, McKittrick, Missouri. Memorial donations may be given to Blake Grannemann Scholarship Fund. (checks may be made out to CFHA) C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
