Audrey Ann Bruckerhoff, 78, of Hermann, MO, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2019 at her home.
Audrey was born in St. Charles, Missouri on September 4, 1940, a daughter of the late Paul R. & Anna M. (Bock) Dreisewerd.
She was the wife of Edward J. Bruckerhoff. They were united in marriage on June 7, 1969 in Old Monroe, Missouri. Edward survives at their home.
Audrey is also survived by a daughter, Teri Weber & husband Gerald, of Hermann; a daughter, Janet Weber & husband Norris, of Hermann; a daughter, Donna Raterman, of Columbia; a daughter, Karen Pagel & husband Jim, of Hermann; a son, Wayne Raterman & special friend Debbie Melloway, of Harrisburg, Missouri; a daughter, Connie Lauer & husband Keith, of Rhineland; a son, Martin Bruckerhoff & wife Dana, of Hermann; and a son, Mark Bruckerhoff & wife Shelly, of Hermann; by a brother, Russell Driesewerd & wife Janice, of Browning, Missouri; by 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, three sisters-in-law, Sylvia Bruckerhoff, Mary Frances Meyer, both of Hermann; & Terry Driesewerd, of Winfield, Missouri; and by many nieces & nephews.
Audrey was a member of Church of the Risen Savior, Rhineland, Missouri. She worked as a cook at many restaurants including, Rock House Cafe, Loutre Cafe, Loutre Market, Gasconade County R-1 School District, Gosen's Tavern and See Tal Inn.
In her free time she enjoyed working in her flower gardens, quilting, cooking for her family, cuddling her grandbabies, and going out and doing "research" activities on Sunday afternoons with her husband.
Visitation will be held Sunday, May 19th from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, with a rosary at 7:00.
Funeral mass will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martin's Church, Starkenburg, with Rev. Monsignor Gregory Higley officiating.
Burial will be in St. Martin's Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Kidney Foundation or St. Martin's Cemetery. C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
