Truman E. Brewer, 80, of New Haven, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Mercy Hospital, Creve Coeur,  Missouri. 

Truman was born in Annapolis, Missouri on August 28, 1935, a son of the late Walter & Beulah (Weltie)   Brewer.

He was the husband of Patricia Ann (Groppe) Brewer.  They were married on December 11, 1971, at Washington, Missouri. Pat survives in New Haven.

He was a member of Faith Baptist Church, of Washington, Missouri.  He worked as a printer for 31 years until retirement. 

In his free time Truman enjoyed to hunt, fish and read.  He was a very caring & loving person to all especially his family.  He cherished spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Truman is  survived by a daughter, Cheryl Gonzalez & husband Frank, of Dittmer, Missouri; a son,Timothy Brewer, of High Ridge, Missouri; by four grandchildren, Daniel Dumas,  Jr., James Meyer, Brienna Brewer, & Justin Gonzalez, by four great grandchildren, Krystal, Corey, & Cole Dumas & Delaney Meyer, a great-great granddaughter, Koressa Minogue and by three sisters-in-law, Jean Brewer, Doris Brewer, & Lenore Miller.  He is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Deborah Bobbitt, by three sisters, Melbaline Jackson, Imogene Brewer, and Patsy Ruth Brewer, and by six brothers, Doyle, Raymond, Floyd, Arlin, Phillip & Gary Brewer.
 
Visitation will be held Friday, June 17th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m., with  Pastor Fred Broome officiating.

Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Cedar Hill, Missouri.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Faith Baptist Church or Charity of Donors Choice.  C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
