Shirley  M.  Pilger, 57, of Rhineland, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at her home. 

Mrs. Pilger was born in Washington, Missouri on February 3, 1958, the daughter of the late Elton and Laura (Dixon) Craig.

She was the wife of Buel G. Pilger.  They were married November 18, 1978 at Belle, Missouri.  Buel survives at their home.

Shirley enjoyed camping at Mark Twain Lake, watching and feeding her hummingbirds and going to Wal-Mart.  She treasured spending time with her grandchildren. She attended church at Liberty Baptist Church, Big Spring.  She was a homemaker.

Shirley is survived by her husband, a daughter Angela Miller & husband Billy of Rhineland, a son Curtis Pilger & fiance' Cassie Buchmiller of Gasconade, a daughter Ashden Kennedy & husband Christopher of Hermann, by three sisters and two brothers, and by grandchildren, Trevor, Kaylee, Bryce & Eli Pilger, Jacob & Kyle Miller, Dustin, Destiny & Cameron Kennedy, Kaeori Butler, Whitney Curtis and Jacklyn Hudson.

Visitation for Mrs. Pilger will be Saturday March 28, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Liberty Baptist Church, Big Springs, Missouri followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. David Korman officiating.
